A little about myself…

After 30 years of enjoying an active lifestyle, I found myself with a half knee replacement at 44!  After a lengthy recovery, my body was out of shape and over compensating.  I had sub-optimal alignment and was in discomfort most of the time.  Luckily, I found Pilates.  After several years of practicing Pilates, I decided to take courses and became a STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor for both Mat and Reformer and a STOTT PILATES Trained Instructor for Cadillac.

It would be my pleasure to share my knowledge and enthusiasm for Pilates with you in my large, bright and private home studio.

My commitment to my clients is to provide professional, quality workouts that are customized to your abilities, needs and goals.

I will be continuously learning and developing my skills by participating in Continuing Education Workshops.
