While no form of exercise is appropriate for absolutely everyone, STOTT PILATES ® exercises help men and women or all ages develop optimal strength, flexibility, endurance and posture without building bulk or stressing joints. As with any training program, you should always consult a medical professional before beginning.
Initial Assessment
In our 1 on 1 initial assessment we will start by reviewing your current health information and discuss any areas of tension, pain or past/present injuries.
Following this, we will assess your current movement patterns and fitness level to begin customizing your training program.
Finally, a complete postural analysis will follow. This helps to identify patterns that impact your posture, core stability, balance and overall fitness.
